He went on to suggest that other riding and driving clubs should ensure they have mobility wagons built.

Mr Tugnum pointed out that many countries, including the UK and others in Europe, provide such things but his home country of Canada is lacking in them, which is a shame for those with disabilities in the North American country who would like to make use of such provisions.
